This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

We would like to inform you about the submission of the participant entry pass application and booth rental list for Wonder Festival 2025 Korea.

All participants are required to submit the necessary forms for event access and booth setup. Please read the following information carefully.

■ Entry Pass Application

All participants must apply for entry passes in order to enter and operate their booths during the event.

• Email distribution begins: Thursday, June 19, 2025

• Submission period: Thursday, June 19 – Friday, July 4, 2025 (23:59 KST)

• Submission method:
   Please check your email and download the attached application form.
   After completing the form, send it to: wonfes-info@openportalexpo.com

Please ensure all information is accurate before submission.

If you need to revise your submission after sending, please contact the committee directly.

Do not make changes without notice, as it may cause errors or missing information.

※ Entry passes (badges) and complimentary invitation tickets can be picked up at the on-site information desk on August 1–2, 2025.

■ Standard Booth Equipment

The following items will be provided depending on the booth type:

• Individual Creators - Individual participants only
   • 1 table (W1800 × D700 × H730mm)
   • 2 chairs

• Corporate Booth – Independent booth
   • 3-sided wall panels
   • 1kw electricity
   • 1 table (W1500 × D700 × H730mm)
   • 2 chairs

• Corporate Booth – Premium booth
   • Booth space only
   • 1kw electricity
   • 1 table (W1500 × D700 × H730mm)
   • 2 chairs

■ Complimentary Invitation Tickets

Complimentary tickets will be provided based on the number of booths reserved:

• 1 booth: 2 tickets

• 2 booths: 5 tickets

• 3 or more booths: 3 tickets per booth

※ Tickets will be distributed along with the entry passes at the on-site information desk.

■ Booth Layout

The complete booth layout will be announced on the official website in early July.

■ Submission Deadline and Payment

The deadline to submit the entry pass application and booth rental list is Friday, July 4, 2025 at 23:59 KST.

If any additional costs are incurred for extra entry passes or rental items, please complete the payment by the same deadline.

※ Failure to meet the deadline may result in limitations regarding booth operation and entry pass issuance.
