With Wonder Festival 2025 Korea taking place over August 2 (Sat) – August 3 (Sun), 2025,
please see below for final information on the booth layout, venue entry, badge collection, photography policy, waste disposal, and more.
■ Booth Layout Confirmation
• Booth locations for all participants (corporate and individual) can be confirmed via the link below.
• The full layout and floor plan will also be available at the information desk on-site.
• All participants are required to check their booth location in advance.
■ Venue Entry & Setup Schedule
Please refer to the following entry schedule by booth type:
✔ Independent Booth Participants
• Entry allowed from Thursday, July 31 at 08:00 AM
✔ Standard Booth / Individual participants only
• Entry allowed from Friday, August 1 at 01:00 PM
※ Please note that heavy setup operations will take place on the morning of August 1,
so booth setup and product move-in are recommended from 13:00.
■ Product Move-in / Move-out Schedule
Move-in Hours
• August 1 (Fri): 13:00 – 19:00
• August 2 (Sat): 08:00 – 10:00
Move-out Hours
• August 3 (Sun): 18:00 – 20:00
※ Vehicle access is allowed for booth setup on July 31 (Thu) and August 1 (Fri).

■ Pass Pickup for Exhibitors / Staff
Pickup Schedule
• July 31 (Thu) from 08:00 (Independent Booths only)
• August 1 (Fri) from 08:00 (Standard Booths / Individual Tables)
• August 2 (Sat) from 08:00 (Individual Tables)
Pickup Location
• Information Desk inside the Organizer’s Office, 2F, Hall 7B, KINTEX Exhibition Center II
Pickup Method
• Collected by the main participant or a representative from the same group
• Must bring ID or name card for affiliation verification
• All pre-registered items (badges, invitation tickets, etc.) can be picked up at once
※ Foreign participants may pick up badges even if not the designated representative,
as long as affiliation is confirmed.
※ Pass must be worn at all times inside the venue.
※ Lost Pass cannot be reissued. Please keep them safe after pickup.
■ Invitation Tickets
• Provided together with your Passes at the time of pickup
• Quantity based on the number of booths applied for
• No additional or separate purchases are available
• Tickets are in paper format and must be exchanged for a wristband at the ticket desk on the event day
■ Photography Guidelines
• Some areas may be subject to broadcast or live-streaming during the event
• For Individual Table booths, photography must be conducted only with prior consent of the exhibitor
unless a visible sign indicates permission
• Please be sure to check photography policies in advance
• Corporate booths have no restrictions on photography
■ Parking Information
• For full details, please check with the on-site parking service desk or refer to the [KINTEX website]
• Parking discounts are not available, even for exhibitors and staff
• A maximum daily rate of KRW 18,000 applies
※ No separate parking passes will be issued
※ If entering/exiting multiple times, parking will be charged each time
– Please consider this when planning long-term parking
Discounted Rate for 3+ Consecutive Days
• KRW 12,000/day (passenger, van, small truck)
• Requirements:
– Submit “Event Vehicle Registration Form” (includes name, phone number, vehicle plate)
– Submit in person to KINTEX parking office
– On-site payment required

■ Ticket Usage Guidelines
• All tickets operate using dynamic QR codes
• Screenshots or image captures are invalid and tickets must be used by the actual purchaser
• On-site ticket purchase is available if not purchased in advance
■ Box & Waste Disposal Guidelines
• General waste such as boxes may be disposed of through KINTEX
• However, large-scale waste cannot be handled on-site and must be removed or handled separately by participants
■ Booth Damage & Restoration Policy
• All booths must be restored to original condition after the event
• In case of damage confirmed on-site, compensation may be charged by the designated installation vendor
