    Hello,

This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees at Wonder Festival 2025 Korea, we kindly ask that all visitors and participants follow the guidelines below when filming or using camera equipment within the venue.

    ■ Photography & Filming Guidelines

    1. Please maintain basic courtesy when filming or photographing at the venue.

Unauthorized filming for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any such activities must be approved in advance by the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

    2. When photographing individual dealer booths:

     - Check for any signs indicating “No Photography” or “Photography Allowed.”

     - Even if no sign is present, you must obtain permission from the booth operator before filming or photographing.

    3. When using large equipment such as flash, lighting gear, tripods, or monopods,

please ensure that you do not obstruct pathways or the view of other attendees.

    4. If using lighting (flash, speedlights, etc.):

     - Avoid aiming directly at nearby booths or visitors.

     - Please direct the light downward or use bounce lighting to reduce glare and discomfort.

    5. During stage performances, flash photography and prolonged fixed-position filming may be restricted.

Please follow instructions from on-site staff at all times.

    6. When photographing specific individuals (e.g., cosplayers, participants):

You must obtain their prior consent before filming or taking pictures.

Do not post or use such content without permission.

    7. Photography is strictly prohibited in designated areas such as the cosplay changing rooms, restrooms, and rest areas.

    8. Tripods must not be fixed in hallways, and occupying space for extended periods is not allowed.

Obstructions to the flow of visitors may result in intervention by staff.

    9. Any photography that may cause discomfort to participants or attendees

(e.g., excessively close shots, focus on body exposure, unauthorized interviews) is strictly prohibited.

    10. Depending on the situation, staff may restrict the use of equipment or request you to stop filming.

Please follow any on-site instructions accordingly.

These guidelines are established to ensure a smooth event experience and to protect the rights of all visitors and participants.

We appreciate your cooperation in making Wonder Festival 2025 Korea a safe and enjoyable celebration.

    Thank you.
