This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

Participants who have received official approval for One Day License applications are kindly asked to review the following information and cooperate to ensure smooth operations during the event.

■ Distribution of Authenticity Stickers

Authenticity stickers will be distributed for works approved under the One Day License,

with the purpose of protecting intellectual property and supporting on-site management.

What are Authenticity Stickers?

• Official stickers used for One Day License approved works

• Includes a QR code linking to a dedicated authentication webpage upon scanning

Distribution Schedule and Method

• Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025 (Day 1 of the event only)

• Eligible Recipient: Booth representative or registered booth participants

• Stickers will only be provided in the approved quantity, and will not be distributed outside the designated date.

Usage Guidelines

• Use one sticker per approved product.

• Lost, damaged, or contaminated stickers cannot be reissued.

• Stickers applied to unsold or display-only items must be returned after the event.

■ Submission of Sales Report (For One Day License Participants)

Participants who exhibited or sold approved works during the event

must submit the following items after the conclusion of the event.

Required for:

• All participants who exhibited or sold works approved through the One Day License final application process

Items to Submit:

• Sales Report (Form will be distributed to each booth on August 2)

• Unused stickers and stickers used for non-sold/display items

Submission Deadline:

• Sunday, August 3, 2025 – immediately after the event ends

Submission Location:

• Information Desk, Organizer’s Office (2nd Floor, Hall 7B, KINTEX Exhibition Center II)

⚠ Failure to submit the sales report and unused/returned stickers may result in restrictions or disadvantages in future participation.
