This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

We would like to inform all participants of an important update regarding the application of the participation fee refund policy, in accordance with the schedule for the 2nd round of the One Day License preliminary application results for Wonder Festival 2025 Korea.

According to Article 14, Paragraph 5 of the Participant Manual (Partial Cancellation of Use and Termination of Agreement), the original policy stipulated the following:

For cancellation requests submitted on or after June 3, 2025 (Monday)—which is 60 days prior to the event opening (August 2, 2025)—100% of the total Participation Fee shall be charged as a Cancellation Fee, and no refund will be issued.

Based on this clause, the Committee has until now applied the following refund policy:

■ Standard Refund Policy

• Cancellation request by June 2, 2025 (Monday): Full refund available

• Cancellation request on or after June 3, 2025 (Tuesday): 100% of the Participation Fee will be charged as a Cancellation Fee (no refund)

However, in consideration of the 2nd round public IP preliminary application result announcement, which has been officially scheduled for June 5, 2025 (Thursday), the Committee has decided to extend the full refund period by one week to allow participants more time to confirm their final participation after checking the results.

■ Updated Refund Policy Application Period

• Cancellation request by June 12, 2025 (Thursday): Full refund available

• Cancellation request on or after June 13, 2025 (Friday): 100% of the Participation Fee will be charged as a Cancellation Fee (no refund)

※ Requests will be considered valid based on the date and time your cancellation email is received by the Committee, no later than June 12, 2025 (23:59 KST).

This adjustment has been made to provide participants with more flexibility in confirming their attendance following the One Day License application process.
