We would like to provide important information regarding the 1st Round Preliminary Application results and the final submission deadline for the 2nd Round Preliminary Application for the One Day License at Wonder Festival 2025 Korea.

■ 1st Round Preliminary Application Result Announcement

• Announcement Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2025

• How to Check: Log in to the One Day License platform → [My Products] → [Application List]

※ Results will not be sent by email. Please log in to the platform to check the status of your application.

※ If feedback has been provided by the IP holder (approval or rejection), please ensure you review it carefully.

■ Final Reminder: 2nd Round Preliminary Application Deadline

• Deadline: Wednesday, May 28, 2025 – by 23:59 (KST)

• Submission Method: One Day License Platform(IPGO)

※ For Evangelion Series IPs, a separate deadline applies: Saturday, May 31, 2025

※ Applications submitted after the 2nd Round deadline will not be considered for final application eligibility. Please submit your application before the deadline.

⚠ If You Have Not Received the One Day License Application Email

All individual dealers who completed their participation application and payment have been sent the One Day License application guide email.

However, we have confirmed cases where some participants were unable to locate the email due to:

• Email being classified as spam

• Email reception being blocked

• Incorrect email address entered on the application form

As today (May 28) is the final deadline for the 2nd Round, if you have not received the application guide email, please contact the Executive Committee urgently at wonfes-info@openportalexpo.com.

※ The application email contains essential login information and your user code for the platform.

※ You will not be able to apply without this email. Please confirm and reach out to us promptly.

■ Important Notes for Application

• Only those who pass the preliminary application can proceed to the final application phase.

• The Executive Committee will not be responsible for any disadvantages caused by errors in the application form.
