This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

We would like to inform you of the Final Application schedule for One Day License, which applies only to works that have received an “Approved” result during the Preliminary Application phase.

The Final Application is the official review process to obtain final exhibition approval for your work. Please prepare your materials carefully according to the required guidelines.

■ Final Application Schedule (For Preliminary Application “Approved” Entries Only)

Only works that passed the Preliminary Application are eligible to proceed with the Final Application.

• Application Period: June 18 (Wed) – July 2 (Wed), 2025, by 23:59 KST

• Result Announcement: July 14 (Mon), 2025

• Submission Platform: One day license application platform(IPGO)

※ You must submit well-prepared materials including final designs, 3D models, or photographs of the completed item.

※ If you received feedback from the IP holder during the Preliminary Application, you must reflect all requested changes when submitting your Final Application.

※ Applications marked as “Rejected” in the Preliminary Application phase cannot proceed to the Final Application.

■ Required Materials & Submission Guidelines

The Final Application requires higher-quality and more detailed materials than the Preliminary Application.

In the previous round, many entries were rejected due to missing images, lack of detail, or unaddressed feedback.

Please ensure the following materials are included in your submission:

Required Materials

• Final design images, 3D model screenshots, or actual product photos

• Full-body views from four angles: front, back, left, and right

• Detailed production information, including sculpting material, size, coloring, and paint details

Reflection of Feedback

If you received feedback from the IP holder (such as revision requests or conditional approval) during the Preliminary Application,

you must reflect this feedback when submitting your Final Application.

※ If feedback is ignored or insufficiently applied, your application may be rejected.

※ In such cases, the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee is not responsible for the outcome, and all consequences lie with the participant.

■ Final Application Fee & Payment

A non-refundable Final Application fee of KRW 33,000 / $ 22 will be charged to all applicants, regardless of the final decision.

This fee covers administrative processing and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Participants will receive a result notification and payment instructions via email.

If Your Application Is Approved

You will be required to pay the following fees:

1. Final Application Fee: KRW 33,000 / $ 22

2. License Fee per IP: Separately announced by each IP holder

If Your Application Is Rejected

You will still be required to pay:

1. Final Application Fee: KRW 33,000 / $22 (non-refundable)

The approval result of the Final Application determines whether your work is officially authorized for exhibition.

If your submission is incomplete or does not meet the IP holder’s standards, your application may be rejected.

The Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee bears no responsibility for rejections due to missing documentation, failure to reflect feedback, or submission errors.

All responsibility lies with the applicant.
