This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee. 

All cosplayers and participants attending Wonder Festival 2025 Korea are kindly requested to review and adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Costume & Attire Regulations

• Wonder Festival respects the creativity and individuality of all cosplayers.

  However, any costumes or actions that violate Korean law or disrupt public order are strictly prohibited.

• Costumes that may cause social controversy or discomfort, hatred, or sexual embarrassment to others are not allowed.

• Costumes and performances that promote political or historical conflicts, or deliver harmful messages, are strictly prohibited.

• Cosplays that support specific religions, ideologies, or hate groups, or contain discriminatory expressions, are not permitted.

• Excessively revealing clothing that exposes the chest, buttocks, or other sensitive body areas (regardless of gender), including topless attire or underwear-only costumes, is not allowed.

  If wearing short skirts or similar garments, safety shorts must be worn underneath.

• Transparent tights and full-body suits (especially skin-colored) are not allowed.

2. Props & Weapon Regulations

• Real weapons, functional projectile props, flammable or explosive materials (including fireworks), and sharpened metal blades are strictly prohibited.

• Blood-like props, and live animals or plants, are not allowed.

• All props must be no longer than 200 cm in total length. Oversized props will not be permitted into the venue for safety reasons.

• Props must never be pointed at others or used in a threatening manner. Such behavior may lead to immediate expulsion.

• Gun-shaped props that resemble real firearms must include a visible color part (safety marker) to avoid misunderstanding.

3. Photography & Video Guidelines

• All photography or video recording must be preceded by the cosplayer’s explicit consent. Unauthorized shooting is strictly prohibited.

• Do not pressure cosplayers into uncomfortable poses, prolonged photo sessions, or suggestive/physical interactions.

  If such requests are made, please report them immediately to the event information desk.

• Filming or photography inside exhibitor booths requires explicit permission from each booth operator. Unauthorized shooting is not allowed.

• Large-scale equipment (e.g., tripods, mounted lights) that obstruct traffic is not permitted due to safety concerns.

4. Changing Rooms & Locker Regulations

• Changing rooms are available free of charge, while locker services are paid.

• Locker fee: ₩4,000 per bag / Re-storage fee: ₩2,000 (applied equally regardless of size or volume)

• All participants may use these services as needed. Lockers operate from before event opening until 30 minutes before event closing.

• Photography inside changing rooms or locker areas is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the venue.

• Please use the designated paid lockers for all personal and valuable belongings.

  The organizer does not assume responsibility for any loss or theft.

5. Venue Etiquette & Prohibited Conduct

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Performances, loud singing/shouting, or any behavior (e.g., playing with figures) that disturbs other attendees are not allowed.

• Aisles and emergency exits must remain clear at all times. Any obstructions are strictly forbidden.

• Do not tamper with or damage exhibition equipment, facilities, or furnishings. Any damages may result in liability for compensation.

• Any form of harassment—verbal, physical, or psychological—toward other participants is strictly prohibited and may lead to removal from the venue and legal consequences.

Even if a costume adheres to the above rules, it may still be restricted or disallowed at the discretion of the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee if deemed inappropriate or potentially misleading.

We sincerely request your cooperation and mature etiquette to ensure the success of Wonder Festival 2025 Korea.
