This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee. 

We would like to provide information regarding the venue structure and booth layout for

Wonder Festival 2025 Korea, taking place on Saturday, August 2 – Sunday, August 3, 2025.

■ Booth Layout Map Release

• The booth location for each participant (corporate and individual dealers) can be confirmed through this announcement.

• On the event day, the full layout and booth map will also be available at the Information Desk onsite.

■ Venue Entry Guidelines for Exhibitors

The entry schedule differs depending on booth type, so please check the details carefully below.

✔ Independent Booth

• Entry Available: From Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 8:00 AM

✔ Premium booth  / Individual participants only

• Entry Available: From Friday, August 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM

※ Please note that the venue will be busy with overall booth setup during the morning of August 1 (Fri).

 Move-in and installation of works will only be permitted starting at 1:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Move-in / Move-out Schedule

✔ Move-in Hours

• Friday, August 1, 2025 13:00 – 19:00

• Saturday, August 2, 2025 08:00 – 10:00

✔ Move-out Hours

• Sunday, August 3, 2025 18:00 – 20:00

■ Pass Pickup for Exhibitors / Staff

✔ Pickup Schedule

• From Friday, August 1, 2025 08:00 AM

✔ Pickup Location

• Information Desk inside the Organizer’s Office (2F, Hall 7B, KINTEX Exhibition Center 2)

✔ Pickup Instructions

• Pick-up must be done by the main exhibitor or a representative from the same organization

• Please bring a valid ID or a business card for affiliation verification

• All pre-registered items can be collected in one batch

※ For foreign participants, passes may be collected by a representative as long as affiliation can be verified.

※ All exhibitor passes must be worn at all times inside the venue.

※ Lost passes cannot be reissued, so please keep them safe after collection.
