This is the Wonder Festival Korea Executive Committee.

We are pleased to share important information with creators, companies, and organizations wishing to participate in Wonder Festival 2025 Korea.

With the conclusion of the Super Early Bird registration period, in order to allow more people to participate at a discounted price, 

we will now implement the “Early Bird” registration as follows:

1. Early Bird Registration Period

・April 11, 2025 (Fri) - May 1, 2025 (Thu)

2. Discounted Participation Fees

• Individual Sales: Regular Price USD 275 → USD 233.75 (15% off regular price)

• Independent Booth: Regular Price USD 1,650 → USD 1,485 (10% off regular price)

• Basic Booth: Regular Price USD 2,200 → USD 1,980 (10% off regular price)

※ All the above amounts include VAT (Value Added Tax).

※ The discount applies only during the Early Bird registration period.

3. Payment Information

• Individual Participants: Please make payment within 14 days from the invoice issuance date.

• Company/Organization Participants: Please make payment within 14 days from the invoice issuance date.

※ Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the application will be considered invalid.

4. For Super Early Bird Applicants

The Super Early Bird registration has now ended.

The final payment deadlines for each registration type are as follows:

• Individual Dealers: By April 24, 2025 (Thu)

• Companies/Organizations: By April 24, 2025 (Thu)

All applicants must make payment by the above deadlines.

※ Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the application will be automatically invalid.

5. Important Notes When Completing the Application Form

The application will be considered complete when you click the “Submit” button. After submission, no further changes can be made. Please carefully review the content and fill out the form before submission.

To ensure smooth participation registration, please make sure to check the application period and payment deadlines.
